JOIN THE PATAKI CENTER FOR our annual SEPTEMBER 11, 2001
MEMORIAL RECEPTION
Since it’s establishment, The Pataki Center has hosted memorial ceremonies each year to honor those who have dedicated their life to rebuilding New York State after 9/11. As New Yorkers, we woke up on September 11, 2001 never conceptualizing that the future of our country would be forever changed. Nevertheless, New Yorkers prevailed, and we came together as a country to recover and rebuild in the aftermath. This sentiment of hope provided every one of us with pride in our nation. I am proud that the Pataki Center carried the same sentiment of hope and recovery to Ukraine, as we do our part to help support internally displaced Ukrainian refugees.
As we did after September 11th, our nation must learn to contest apathy, and come together to promote progress for the benefit of young Americans. As leaders, now is the time to
stand up and inspire future Leaders. We hope you can join us this year.
